Keeping Up With The Technology

Hello everyone! Welcome back again to my blog! Today I will talk about 21st century learning and its skills that are required.

Technology is expanding and advancing every day. Just like every other field, education is largely affected from these technological evolutions.

When it is compared to the present, it was not much expected from the students in the past. Because learning was teacher-based and memory-focused. But today's learners should have many distinct skills in this competitive world. Since the world maintains to advance, new types of jobs has occured which demand these diverse skills. Some of them are creativity, collabration, critical thinking and communication (4C’s).

I believe that technology on behalf of learning has the most impact on language learning. It can connect thousands of people of miles away. For example the social media is a perfect place for practice in any language.

Another thing that teachers can play a big role in enhancing student’s learning is helping them to learn more about technology.

At this moment we should focus on teaching students how to be computer literate and digital learners.

We should aim to train students who produce and create.
